How long does shipping take for DeerRun® equipment?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is the warranty policy on treadmills and walking pads?
All DeerRun® motorized equipment comes with a comprehensive 1-year manufacturer warranty covering parts and labor for any defects in materials or workmanship.
Can I return my product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 30-day risk-free return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Is assembly required for DeerRun® fitness products?
Most of our walking pads and compact treadmills arrive 95% pre-assembled. You will typically only need to unfold the device and tighten a few safety bolts using the included toolkit.
