Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original DeerRun® boxing and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
