Add extra peace of mind to eligible preorder purchases. If your eligible preorder item ships later than the promised ship date shown at the time of purchase, DeerRun will send you a digital gift card reward based on the delay period.
How it works:
- Applies only to eligible preorder products.
- Based on the promised ship date shown on the product page, cart, checkout, or order page at the time of purchase.
- Please keep a screenshot of the promised ship date displayed when placing your order.
- If your product ships later than the promised ship date, please contact DeerRun Customer Support with your order number and screenshots of the promised ship date and actual shipment/tracking time.
- Once verified, DeerRun will send the corresponding digital gift card reward by email.
- Reward amount: $50 DeerRun digital gift card per delayed day, up to $200 maximum.
- Rewards are issued only as DeerRun digital gift cards and are not redeemable for cash refund, cash compensation, or original payment refund.
